So, what exactly will I get from Attending this Virtual Retreat?

ONE OF THE THINGS THAT TRAUMA DOES IS IT TAKES OUR ABILITY TO DREAM AWAY, TO BELIEVE THAT WE ARE NOT ENOUGH IN TIMES OF CRISIS AND IT DEPLETES OUR SPIRIT, MAKING SCARCITY, FEAR AND DEFICIT OUR SAFETY AND PROTECTION INSTEAD OF OUR ABUNDANT INNATE POWER, COURAGE, WISDOM AND LEADERSHIP.

Here is a list of possibilities that you will be co-creating with your facilitators to take care of yourself so you can continue to be on the frontlines of your life and this world from a healthy and sustainable place.

  • Learn healing justice practices and modalities to do at home to manage the "new normal" that we are living both in our personal lives and organizations.
  • Participate in health and wellness to combat addiction, burnout and powerlessness and stop toxic patterns and narratives that will deplete your spirit, making your immune system more vulnerable.
  • Learn some of the best cultural/spiritual tools to develop emotional and spiritual Intelligence and how that has a direct impact on your ability to dream of another world for ourselves, our organizations and our social movements.
  • Go on medicinal and spiritual journeys inviting you into surrender so you can re-align to your personal and organizational mission.
  • Learn how to use self care practices to navigate the changes inside and outside of you. Letting go and releasing the effects of vicarious and secondary trauma, PTSD, and re-victimization.
  • Participate in emotional release freeing yourself  of accumulated gender-based violence that cause dis-ease of the mind, body and spirit including how to create safety in your home, body and spiritual space.

Trauma-informed, cultural specific and survivor centered Self Healing practices Revealed By Top Social  & Healing Justice Experts

Your journey to healing and transformation could go one of two ways:

You can heal in isolation...

  • You could spend countless of hours  advocating for or raising thousands of dollars trying to go on a sabbatical or bring in mainstream coaches into your life and consultants into your organizations implementing one size fits all strategies that aren't effective (or worse... don't work at all!)

You can heal in community...

  • You could sign up for the Virtual Healing Retreat today and get support from trauma informed and culturally specific consultants that can hold the complexity that is trauma and stand at the intersections of this  public health and human rights crisis and all that it means to you.

If you’re looking for practices and technique only then this retreat is not for you.

If you’re looking for Transformative HEaling Practices that will shift Personal and organizational culture & systems  towards long term sustainability then you’re in the right place.
